1. What is La Maison de Lola?

We are a lifestyle brand, mainly focused on textile design, with an obsession for natural fabrics like

wool, felt and cotton, which produces lovely things such as soft toys, homewares and stationery.

2. Where are your products produced?

Our products are designed and handmade in Lisbon, Portugal, where we're based.

All items are sweat-shop free, and charming and lovingly made by hand, so a slight variation in the

finished product may occur, making each one unique.

3. Can you send me a catalogue?

At the present time we do not have a retail catalogue, so if you'd like to browse our collection and

purchase an item, the best way to do so is through our website.

From here you can order online or find a stockist which sells our products.

4. I would like to stock your products in my shop. How can i do so?

You can send us an e-mail with a brief description of your shop, a picture, and other products stocked.

5. How can i order online?

If you like our products, just buy them directly from their respective pages.

We use Paypal to process our credit card orders, which is totally secure and accepts all major credit

cards. You may also pay by bank transfer, just e-mail us with your order.

6. What are the delivery costs?

We ship worldwide, and the delivery charge for orders up to €49.99 is €7.

Shipping is free for orders over €50.

7. When will my order be dispatched?

Soon after completing your purchase, we'll e-mail you with the date when your order will be shipped.

Please note we cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost during shipment.

If because of insufficient address or failure to pick up from post office, the package is returned to us,

we'll gladly re-send it upon new postage payment.

8. I really love your things, but prefer to purchase them in a shop. Where can i do so?

You can check out the addresses in our stockists page, which includes all authorised retailers.

9. What about copyright?

La Maison de Lola is a registered trademark.

Our designs by Iolanda Mealha are fully registered, and cannot be reproduced in any way.
